Drivers submit licence and vehicle papers, complete identity checks, and pass our onboarding review. Cars must match the class they offer in the app.
After they are live
Ratings, trip feedback, and support tickets feed ongoing review. Serious issues pause access while we investigate — riders should never carry that burden alone.
