Before you sit down
Match the number plate and car model to the app. Share live tracking with someone you trust. Prefer well-lit pickup points when you can.
During the trip
Sit where you feel safest, keep headphones low enough to hear the cabin, and use in-app support if anything feels off. You should never need a workaround to get help.
